With a BTS in Tourism (option Territorial Planning) obtained in 1988, Franck then spent a year in the United States before joining the working world. He then became Sales Manager of a Lodging Center located in Paris for 10 years. He was then able to combine his two passions, organization and sports, by becoming responsible for sports training courses within the France Sport Association. After 14 years of loyal service in this structure, he joined the Touréa Sports team in 2012, then the Spartner team in 2021.

His great friend Benjamin likes to say that he is able to inflict a match of Moldavian second division (any sport combined) without having been previously punished or to quote you the complete composition of the youth team of his favorite football team.
